Apollo Beach (clothing-optional area)
Nude Beach in New Smyrna Beach (Canaveral National Seashore), Florida, United States
Quiet stretch of Apollo Beach in the Volusia County part of Canaveral National Seashore, south of the last parking area. Naturists have used it since before the national seashore existed; by a long-standing arrangement with the park, swimsuits stay on until about 150 yards south of the last lot. Undeveloped sand, dunes and sea-turtle nesting habitat. Nudity here is tolerated rather than formally designated, and policy can change.
Getting there
From New Smyrna Beach take A1A south into the seashore, park at the last parking area and walk south along the beach.
