Free, volunteer-run public sauna on the shore at Kalasatama in Helsinki, open around the clock. It is a mixed sauna with no separate women's or men's turns, and you may bathe and swim nude or in a swimsuit. There is no running water or shower, so bring drinking water and a towel. Bathers help keep it going, for example by chopping firewood.
Getting there
Metro or bus 16 to Kalasatama, then walk to the tip of the Sompasaari shore.
