Irakli Beach
Nude Beach in between Obzor and Byala, Burgas Province, Bulgaria
Long, wild stretch of golden sand backed by wooded hills, one of the best-known naturist beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Most people beyond the resort section are nude; the crowd is a mix of local families, couples and campers who pitch tents on the sand. Open to the sea, so wind and surf can get strong. A large hotel resort sits at the northern end; the nude zone starts about 300 m past its textile section. Food and drinks at nearby beach bistros; Obzor and Banya are the closest places to buy supplies.
Getting there
Easiest via the Vaya Beach hotel car park (busy on hot weekends), then walk about 300 m along the beach past the textile section and cross a small creek. A rough gravel track leads to quieter sections further along with a steep, loose descent to the sand.
