Sauna naturiste – Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finlande
Finland's oldest public sauna still in use, opened in 1906 in Pispala, Tampere, and still heated with wood. It is owned by the city and run by a local sauna association. It has separate departments for women and men, where nude bathing is the tradition. On some Thursday evenings it holds mixed sauna events (sekasauna), when either side may be used and swimwear is optional. Sauna café on site.
