Belgrade's long-standing nude beach at the far western end of Sava Lake (Savsko jezero) on Ada Ciganlija, the city's big lakeside recreation area often called the "Belgrade sea". Nude bathing took hold here in the mid-1980s and the section has been part of Ada ever since. A pebble shore screened from the main paths by bushes, so it stays fairly quiet even on busy summer days; couples and first-timers tend to stay near the entrances. Free of charge, but there are no showers, toilets, kiosks or lifeguards in the nude section itself, so bring water and take your rubbish home; everything else is at the main beaches further east. Parking at this end is limited, and cycling the path around the lake is the easiest way in. About 700 m long. Mapped within about 400 m: a bus stop, places to eat or drink and drinking water.
