Wild sandy beach at the far end of Monastyrskyi Island in the centre of Dnipro, past the official city beach, where nudity is tolerated. The island is the city's favourite riverside park, reached from Taras Shevchenko Park. Only the official beach is cleared for swimming. Mapped within about 400 m: toilets. Swim only where the local authorities have cleared the water for the season, and know where the nearest air-raid shelter is. Ukraine is under martial law; check current local safety guidance and air-raid alerts before visiting.
Anfahrt
Tram 1 or a minibus to Taras Shevchenko Park, then walk across the bridge onto the island and to its far end.
