Official naturist beach on the north side of Hoøya, a state-protected recreation island in Beitstad about 10 km west of Steinkjer. The island can be reached on foot except around high tide. Toilets, washing facilities, a kiosk, grills and jetties by the main area; camping on the meadow nearby. Mapped within about 400 m: toilets. Nude bathing is generally accepted in Norway at secluded spots where it does not bother others; please respect the marked naturist boundaries.
